What is RSS?

RSS is an easy way for you to keep track of the latest news
from selected sites in one convenient place.
RSS - which stands for Rich Site Summary
or Really Simple Syndication - allows you to see the latest headlines
from these sites and to then be able to click directly through to
the articles that you want to read.
Often found on news-rich sites such as
the BBC site and Wired, we have now introduced an RSS feed on the
MetLink site.
The MetLink feed is linked to reviews.
About half an hour after new reviews are published on the MetLink
website, they are picked up and made available as an RSS feed. With
the right software you can then see the news without having to browse
to the website.
What Software do I need?
To subscribe to the MetLink RSS feed
you will need an application called a reader, or sometimes known
as an aggregator. There are many available for various platforms
